A documentary which tells the story of Ecuadorian men and women who arrive in Madrid full of reasons and hopes. At their destination, they will have to face a totally different reality and learn to live without their families. Inflation, dollarization of the market, five presidents in eight years, lack of trust in institutions, high unemployment tax and difficulty in accessing basic services, force people to emigrate. Women are the first to leave and become scouting parties for their husbands and sons.
