series of talks

This series of talks complement the November and December gastronomic program at the Instituto Cervantes alongside the exhibition A la mesa! Design and cuisine, the gastronomy and cinema series and the literature talks The taste of words. This series comprises two talks with chefs from the Galician restaurant Abastos 2.0 and the Mexican Claudio Hall Van Beuren. Two additional talks will offer attendees the opportunity to taste tequila and mezcal.
