Registration and payment

Payment of the course can be made in cash, by credit card or cheque. If a student requires the registration bill to be sent to his/her company, he/she will have to present the corresponding authorization on the day of registration.

All payment must be made before the commencement of each course.

All students will have to fill out an enrolment form. Our students will also have to present their certificate to show that they have passed the previous level.

Refunds and discounts

Our students will be able to avail of a 10% discount in their second course. It is the responsibility of each student to solicit this discount on registering. Once their registration has been processed, students may not apply for any type of discount. This discount is applicable all year round except in the first semester of every Academic Year (September to December).

Students that have simultaneously registered in two courses, or have a family member(s) registered in the same trimester, may also avail of a 10% discount.

Senior citizens receive a 20% discount off our morning courses, if they present the necessary supporting documentation.

The amount paid at registration will only be refunded when a petition is made in writing and only before the commencement of the course. In this case, the Institute will retain 10% of the total amount for administrative expenses.

Once courses have begun, no refund petition will be processed under any circumstances, for which we ask that students take this information into account before registering.

Conditions of registration

Registration is binding. It will not be refunded once courses have commenced. If the interested party cancels his/her registration before the commencement of the course, 10% of this amount will be deducted. Refunds will not be given for classes which the student did not attend. Instituto Cervantes reserves the right to cancel the opening of courses when the minimum number of students is not reached or for circumstances out of its control. In both cases, the full amount paid at registration will be refunded.

If the student fulfils one or more of the requirements needed to acquire a discount on the price of the course, he/she will be required to state this fact on registering. It will not be possible to obtain a discount after registration. All courses will commence with a minimum number of six students.
